Today we'll analyze Apple (AAPL), for online trading of this market stock.
few observations from the technical analysis performed on the weekly chart:
1- break down of MA5 has always started a bearish trend (marked in circles),
last break in Jan 2008 lead the bearish trend taking the stock to 125$ value.
2- the stock broke support line at 129$, closing below this line for consequent 2 days, will be a very bearish indicator.
3- MACD bearish
concluding it all together:
recommended long entry only on breakout of the support line at 129$ with target of 142.6$. a failure to support at that area would take the stock for antoher wave of bearish sell. with targets of 125$ and 107$.
